The projection of my paintings onto the rocks show the colours bleeding onto the surface allowing the interior and exterior worlds of the rock to collide. The moving projection gives a sense of the history of us in the world and how we have evolved. When looking at the geological time scale and comparing it to the human lifespan it is quite scary to think of the destruction we have caused in such a short amount of time and shows us to be the worms in our own world. It also goes to show the constant movement of time, which never stops and is in constant flux.
